EXPORTING GOODS:
Labeling: It is important to make sure that all packages materials include your consignee’s details, including:
Name
Address
Destination
Telephone number
Documentation: Correct documentation is essential to ensure efficient, trouble-free shipping. This includes:
Invoice (and packing list)
Bill of lading
Bank documentation (if necessary)
Shipper’s export declaration (if necessary)
Schedule and cut-off dates: Different destinations require specific cut-off times to make sure your cargo arrives on time. If these dates don’t work with your schedule, please get in touch and talk to our office about options.
Forwarding documents: It is essential to send copies of all relevant documents to our agents, via courier or through email. Upon receiving the documents, our agents will liaise with the consignee to ensure that all customs arrangements have been completed.
